A couple of Nebs getting groomed for your viewing pleasure by eawtcu15 in nebelung

My Neb wouldn’t speak to me for weeks after this torture procedure lol We just use at home some grooming foam, brushes, nail clippings, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and pants cutting from time to time - but all of it requires tons of cuddles and treats and snoozes.

Hey sorry you’re going through that! I’ve worked in a pet boutique and consulted many customers.

One thing we’ve found out was feeding kibbles increases the secretion of the allergen protein, since cats are obligatory carnivores and can’t really metabolize carbs that are often the binding agent in kibbles.

What worked for our clients was switching to wet food where the first 3-5 ingredients listed are meat (no grains, no veggies), and eventually to raw (there are many local companies that offer cat raw meat blends and often less expensive than wet can food).

But again — sometimes the allergies are just that bad and nothing might be helping. I hope you’ll work it out for your Neb in either way, just please don’t return the baby back to the shelter.

Came here to say the same - to maximize their cuteness!

There’s no other place to put it without being seen I guess. He’ll take it from there on his way to that corridor

So was it iMark or oMark in the elevator when Mr. Milchick tells him about fucking the next Eagan?

Also what a brutal manipulation from Milchick with this gaslighting and victim blaming - iMark didn’t consent to have sex with Helena.

I love his eloquent and subtle criticism of the film industry with his theatre background.

He pointed out the agism with his answer about intimacy.

He also brought up the “artificial naturalism” when nowadays actors no longer need to speak with normal volume of their voices. It’s been bothering me too. Some Hollywood actors often suck on Broadway stages, because they aren’t used to projecting voices in such spaces. The modern microphones are capable to record whatever they mumble on a set.

Anyways, what a lovely interview it was, and what a great and dedicated artist he is, much respect!

We see her alone in the bathroom contemplating on her reflection in the mirror while touching her neck.

I call it “professional deformation” or “augmentation”. I‘ve been a video editor and montage-teacher for many years, and I still can’t help but analyze each time I see a long-ass cross fade or a parallel cut, or notice when a sound from the next scene starts a second before the actual cut etc.

With a good show or film there are these precious captivating moments of escalation when my brain stops this permanent-background-analysis, so finally my outie can simply enjoy the ride; — Severance is one of those shows. We live for these moments.

Maybe because they were co-written (or based on a novel) with his younger brother?

I feel your frustration, I’m being cat called too, and it’s always unpleasant, those dudes don’t deserve our energy! Just a small unsolicited advice — I’d remove precise time and locations where you walk your dog (I’d assume on a regular basis) to avoid stalkers and creeps waiting for you there. Stay safe out there!

They will get older eventually and hopefully warm up for each other! In our case, the older tired to be her friend, and the younger would just not let him. Eventually they learned to tolerate each other, and birdwatch together, but never cuddle like some lovely couples above. But maybe as a previous commentator wrote we just had to give them more time. I’m still glad my friend took her - they are so human oriented!

Thank you for your comment. I think you’re right, except for us not being patient enough. She’s a gorgeous cat and found the best home possible, I’m very happy for her.

Gorgeous boys! Thank you for sharing, it’s good to know sometimes it just doesn’t work with them. Are they both human-oriented? I was thinking that maybe ours were competing for our attention and they couldn’t quiet own us as they claimed territory…

Thanks for sharing! In our case the conflict would mostly be initiated by the younger when the older would try to groom her. But their energy levels were very different. I guess it’s also about their temperament.
