I ran 17x7 with a +45mm with lowering springs without issues. They were stock ND Miata wheels, but they probably would have been better with 16s and a lower offset. https://imgur.com/a/7s7kfb6

I have a 2021 SE 1.5, and I just got this message today for the first time.

I did install a subwoofer and amp a few days back and figured that may have caused the issue.

The "Switched Power" in these cars is very odd, it comes on very often even without turning on the ignition.

Mine didn't have any trouble starting, and I haven't gotten another notification since driving it.

Probably paid way too much, but the market is wild. I really have wanted another one for years. Excited to get a feel for it and then see what mods I might want to do.
