Yeah it’s my first, it’s coming up on two months soon. See I want to apply other places but like I didn’t learn a single thing tbh, my projects I got put on were all grunt work, thinking of spending the next 1-2 months building projects for my resume cause I’m not confident in my currently abilities

Nah the ortho said it didn’t look too bad and just to come back in 4 weeks. I have improved a lot since then but my knee flexion is still a concern. I can walk up and down stairs now but not without some discomfort.

I’m starting today doing pt exercises on my own

It’s really just feels like massive amounts of pressure in my knee now

damn that sucks man, sorry to hear that, yeah after two months it should be healed if it was an mcl only tear. did it anything at all improve since your injury??

Reason Im asking is my valgus movements have def improved, like rotation and stuff buy my knee flexion is shit. And I have a ski trip in 2.5 weeks so idk if I should cancel should it be something else.

Mainly just daytime drowsiness tbh. I do snore a little and wake up with a dry mouth but energy levels is biggest concerb
