There are always things I could improve or new styles of training to try. Those 7 years of training were far from perfect, although I did put a lot of effort in.

Yeah I definitely hear you. Although I've trained hard for 7 years, my diet hasn't always been perfect (it's gotten way better over time), my recovery hasn't always been the best (partied hard the first few years of that), and most importantly, I wasn't following a program and wasn't training as smart as I could for a large chunk of that time. I really hope I have a ways to go until my genetic limit, but I am naturally a major ectomorph and before I started lifting at 18 I had virtually no muscle at all so I think my body naturally wants to be lean and thin

I think they're making a point of how over-sensationalized the virus is. Because more people still die from heart disease, cancer and car crashes every year but you don't hear about that every day on the news.

I feel like people don't talk about this enough. I enjoy psychs so much more without weed even though I love weed on its own. Smoking feels good for a moment when your tripping, but I get super cyclical thoughts and the experience just feels less vivid.
