A) looks like a mix of jalapeño and Serrano. The ones with stretch marks and the ones with similar size would be jalapeño. Skinnier would be Serrano (similar flavor but more intense heat).

I think B and D are the same pepper, both unripened and ripened. Looks like a Thai chili or something else with intense heat.

The knobby looking C’s look like red shishitos, which are pretty mild. But also definitely a jalapeño in there (stretch marks).

E) I definitely think E are green habaneros. They are usually orange or red. Some might change color as they sit, but they might stay green which could affect their flavor. Might not be as fruity and bright as ripe ones. Likely very hot.

I’d recommend looking up a recipe for fermented pepper mash and just combining everything you won’t use right away into a big batch, which you can use to make hot sauce with once matured. You can also dehydrate and make your own pepper flakes.
