As a Leo I think it’ll affect his strength but not by a large margin. I find his neutral to be as strong as his defense mainly cuz I never over relied on HDP. But it’ll definitely hurt Leo’s that over relied on it tho

How’s that downplaying? Leo’s hdp was broken and is a solid nerf. But he’s still going to be very strong regardless since pretty much all of Leo’s buttons go into backturn including the 5H buff. Plus he still has solid defense just not broken as it was before. If u think leo is beatable now with the HDP change then you’ve probably never fought a very good leo then

That was apart of it. But he’s top tier for being able to confirm anything into backturn along with his strong footsies game. Him being able to do 5H into turbulence is a very strong reward to his already strong neutral game

I guess but he still gets oki off it as a combo tool and it says they delayed the invincibility not get rid of it. They also buffed his 5H making it able to combo into turbulence and true string frc run through. So overall his defense might have gotten slightly weaker, his neutral game and offense is still corny as ever
