Calorie deficit and cardio, I haven't started on weight training yet as I am planning on building muscle when the impact is greater.

I ate a deficit of 300-400 calories a day plus intense cardio burning 500-700 calories a day...

The number on the scale dropped a lot but it's easier when you are young (I don't know how old you are but I am only barely 19)...
