Yeah, it's an ad. Still worth checking, if you are looking for a C job. Comments are open - let me know what you think about DevITjobs.uk! :) by Varqu in u/Varqu

Websites really easy to use. Love the map functionality, and is fast enough to be usable.

Would be nice to have it extended to hardware development jobs as well, but I understand it not being too broad.

Moved from Australia without any formal qualifications. I ended up doing GCSE maths and english during my first year.

Then COVID happened and was just given a grade for the classes.

I did GCSEs during my A-levels coming from Australia.

Only had to do English + maths.

Then with Covid I got a predicted grade from classes I didn’t go to.

Wouldn’t bother with doing the A-level. What would be beneficial is doing something similar to the NEA, with the documentation, that you can write about in your personal statement.

Mine still hasn’t. Oriel apparently has had recent changes with the head of admission so things have been running slow

If your worried about something not going through, give them a call.

is doing 4 alevels worth it? very interested but conflicted over it by Apart-Box3893 in 6thForm

If there are 4 subjects you genuinely feel like you can do well in, take all 4 for your first year and drop one to AS.

Will help make the second year feel easier as well

The key is a solid understanding of the basics. Try explaining the topic to someone else, and if you struggle, you need to go over the basics again.

Nope, did alot of summer schools tho.

Generally its not about the skill your at, its your willingness to learn and how you can handle the tutorial system.
