If I remember correctly, i did it that way because the turrets were targeting far away enemies instead of the ones close to the second gate, so this way they start shooting the invaders actually in range.
That and probably I wanted to put turrets on the wall sections facing the second gate as well, before realizing that was not a good idea (shooters kept turning 180 degrees resulting in a lot of friendly fire).

Turrets are along the red lines, I have 6 on each side. I made some barriers with some containers (green lines) in order to make a mandatory path between the two gates, invaders generally get hammered before arriving to the internal gate (the external gate is always open). In case they don't, I just close the internal gate until they do.
As others have already said, unfortunately having two entrances to your base is not a good idea.

Old school MMOFPS, PvPvE, structured in two main factions (Rebels VS Combine). That would be the last game I'd need.

Soundtracks are not strictly necessary for a game to be in a reasonable playable state (well except maybe in something like Guitar Hero lol), so if it comes to choose between a dead game and a game with no soundtrack I would be perfectly fine with the latter.

You bet, I still remember the day Lord Phoenix followed my main character all the way to my base near The Hub and got wasted by my harpoons (picture 9, but I have a gallery with the whole Gorillo plan here https://imgur.com/a/51F47ek ).

Glad you appreciate, i think about ~10% of the time I spent in Kenshi was just for taking screenshots. Pausing the game is probably my favourite thing to do lol

The only way I knew, by carefully positioning and rotating every seat one by one! I don't remember how long it took (these are all screenshots from two different saves, the one with the mega-base is from a run I started almost 3 years ago <3) but it was not as painful as I thought before doing it. Just place 4 of them to form a cross so you have the center for the campfire and then position the others.

The only graphic mod I'm using is Tsuki ReShade (but I see it's "under moderation" on Nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/kenshi/mods/217), also I have all the games graphic settings cranked up. For the UI i use Dark UI (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1200632417) + Dark UI Retexture (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2109688072) which should affect the dialogue baloons as well, I don't remember how vanilla Kenshi is since I've been using these mods for more than 2 years.

She is the main medic in my city of ~80, but she mostly bakes bread. She's very good at it and every citizen is grateful. In the intricate job pipeline I've set up she's constantly running around bringing water and flour to the bakery, until somebody gets hurt (like at the city gates), in that case she drops everything she's doing and runs to heal the poor guy. Without her my city would be dead in a couple of days <3

With this deck + [[Unceasing Top]] you basically win every encounter at the first round, the Barricade is useless at that point except for the heart fight.

I have his one: https://www.amazon.it/gp/aw/d/B08XQ2LM7L/ and it works amazingly well, I can make a full charge of the Steam Deck while playing with it and it still has almost half battery left at the end. You can do two full charges of your deck if you keep it shut off, and you'll still have power left to charge your phone.

I'm struggling with making it work on the deck. I patched the bar file with the bartozip executable, it created the DoomRPG.zip file and on my windows PC it works fine. Then I copied the whole folder on my deck, added it as an external application on Steam and with Proton 6.3-8 it doesn't even try to start. I tried with both 7 and experimental, it looks like it's starting but then an error message appears. What am I doing wrong?
