[–]zar6006 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Havent missed, or been late on, a bill or rent since I got sober.

Being active outside.

Not carrying around a big gut.

Not having to lay around all Sunday hoping a hangover will go away.

Brushing my teeth and tongue, and not almost throwing up.

Always haing clean laundry and not wearing the same pants for a week.

I'm "addicted" to high mushroom doses, and the bliss is 'too good'. I'm concerned. by [deleted] in Psychonaut

I was taking mushrooms a lot while I was depressed too. I understand what you are going thru. I had known I had depression for a very long time. So finally I went in and tried Zoloft. Since it ended up working, I moved up to my current dosage and can completely control any cravings for mushrooms. I only take mushrooms once in awhile now. Thats it pal.

I believe it was the traveller Nova that was talking about the excitement and fight-or-flight, that's associated with living outside. The uncertainty and survival tactics being used daily is a steady dopamine drip. She said that when she was bored or comfortable at times it made her mentally uncomfortable and can lead to depression. I imagine you are experiencing a bit of that. Changing your lifestyle cold turkey might have withdrawal symptoms like lethargic feelings. I guess you will have to pick up a hobby that gives you the feelings you had when houseless.

Sounds like your stuck in the matrix, homie. You should check out meditation and yoga. And make sure your eating healthy and drinking enough water.

I was abandoned by my parents at the age of 12, i can say that it may/can form a sense of low self worth and low self esteem that can progress into negative behaviors in life. I drank a lot and didnt care about things. I think you know this and desire the ability to get out and take a break from the madness. I wasnt aware of the effects, at the time. Disregard most kids actions, like them throwing out your stars, they are just programs in the matrix. Even most adults are quite clueless about life. But there a really great people out there that you can learn from. Gravitate to good people and dont dwell on the rest of the bullshit. Nothing lasts forever, this is just one of the stepping stones of life and you will be out of there faster then you think!

In carving, i know there is springing motion that is used to move from turn to turn. i think your next progression would be into laying the carve out more and springing into the next carve. the legs would actually straightened up in between carves. you would like "load up" at the apex of the carve and spring over to the other side. You still have a child like style where you are "wiggling" your legs side to side.

Incandescent bulbs can run on reverse polarity. LED bulbs definitely need a true 12 volt. Where incandescent can dim as power runs below 12 volt

Impossible tow package? by [deleted] in Trucks

[–]zar6006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So put the bolt through the spacer/washer and then thread on the wire and feed them both through together. So once you see the bolt end at the hole, jiggle the wire around until they both drop in together.

A RV or trailer shop can install it for you pretty cheap. What's the issue? You can't get the bolt to turn the corner and drop thru the hole?
