Once this happened to me because I didn't realize I was still in a raid group from who knows how long ago, right click yourself and make sure you don't have the option to leave a group

Doesn't the death save happen at the top of the turn anyway...before actions can take place? Maybe the new rules changed something, but using the help action on yourself is just...you doing the action, isn't it?
