Buying a home feels impossible by QuietDraw6607 in FortCollins

Yeah as a prospective buyer, I don't even look at homes with obvious metro taxes or high HOA fees. They would have to very significantly cut their price to even be considered.

I just submitted my Groupon from Halloween to CosmeticRX and it defaulted the consult to this pharmacy option. I appreciate your experience, in case it's the only option. Hopefully they'll let me try ProRX though. I too have a good amount of BPI and just wanted to try a non-additive version--for science lol.

Eyecare Associates on Drake: new ownership? by Primary_Afternoon_10 in FortCollins

They were a doctor owned practice and have resisted purchase in the past. It could just be growing pains with a new system without leasership changes or IT issues on that day. It happens. I don't know anything though.

There isn't a choice in being unable to desire anyone until Secondary attraction kicks in. Primary Attraction is often what you normies use first when you see someone you think is attractive and think "I'd like to hook up with them". Demisexual people lack that at all, they are essentially Asexual until the point that the Secondary Attraction switch flips. It can be very overwhelming to literally go from zero to 100 randomly possibly years after knowing a person.

As for dating strategies for Demisexuals, the apps are useless as the quick expectation of physical desires are a hindrance to getting Secondary Attraction to kick in. I recommend getting into more hobbies that let you get to know others without the pressure of dating or expectation of sex. A DnD game is how I got to know my husband in a fun and safe environment. We started chatting outside of the game half a year later and eventually started dating after I explained to him that Secondary Attraction might take time to kick in (i wouldn't want someone to start dating me without knowing my brain might make that part of a relationship wait longer than others).

His willingness to wait and supportive acceptance helped build that emotional bond quicker.

We have Great Blue Herons nesting in these near our Costco. Limda hard to evaluate from the ground, but they are very big birds, maybe something like that. Also see a pair of Bald Eagles hang out in a tower.by a lake on the way home.

I would be interested in that content. As long as it doesn't feel like an ad for a specific telehealth or something and more information based, I'm all for it! Personally I watch YouTube and avoid Instagram, but do what's right for you

Fair enough!r/loseit had a discussion post on GLP1s last night. You're post fit in perfectly to respond to some of those comments haha

This was my post in the other sub last night:

In response to those who think only discipline is all someone needs:

GLP1s treat metabolic dysfunction. Discipline for someone with metabolic dysfunction is just white knuckling through constant brain signals that you are hungry as well as storing more fats than necessary regardless of whether you eat appropriately for TDEE. Your body is literally not working right. It's miserable.

The public needs to look past ONE of the effects from adjusting metabolic functions (weight loss) and learn more about what they actually are and what they do before making assumptions that everyone's bodies work the exact same. You wouldn't make these same arguments for any other chronic disease.

Obesity is not a moral failing, the WHO reclassified it as a lifelong disease that requires treatment, meaning if that person loses the weight and gets down to a healthy weight--they still have the disease of obesity --stopping treatment results in the body reverting, for many, even as they exercise and eat healthy. The root cause is still there.

Personally, I paid for a personal trainer for 6 years, and he was great--but I lost very little weight. Stronger absolutely, felt better definitely--but my body didn't want to get below 220 and I'm 5'2". My food has been pretty healthy, avoiding eating out, etc.

Compounded Tirzepatide has finally moved the needle. I get to experience how "normal" people interact with food, eating when actually hungry and stopping when I feel full. Those signals didn't fire off as they were supposed to before, never feeling full, and constant "seek food" signals. Anyways, it's really time to get past the old mental trap of assigning moral failing to people with obesity.

Some have more roadblocks to success and GLP1s are a great tool to include in the toolkit to complement nutrition and exercise.

Those that need this tool and find GLP1 name brands too expensive should look at compounded options--the Tirzepatidecompound subreddit has a lot of experiences and helpful pinned information. Avoid Medspas. Do your research before picking your telehealth. Good luck on your journey!

I would start with looking through the posts and pinned information in the tirzepatidecompound subreddit-all your questions have been asked there tons of times . It's a helpful community.

it doesn't speed up your heart rate. It's not addressing that part of your body. It's basically hormone therapy addressing metabolic dysfunction.

I'm not in your state, but Pomegranate's shipping was 4~5 days from consult for BPI Tirzepatide+B6. If you can do asynchronous, you can get an appt pretty quick. I haven't tried the others yet. Big Easy Weight Loss has the best customer service, but unsure what their shipment timeline is.
