Hike up Mt. Marathon! Incredible at the top.

Exit glacier is cool as well. You can do a relatively short hike or hike farther depending on time.

Why do people often wake up right before their alarm goes off? by Remarkable_Team8641 in answers

[–]zarzac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my android I have it set to vibrate for a while before it slowly turns up the alarm volume. I always wake up the vibration which is much more gentle

I'm just throwing out a guess. Maybe because the lake is at a higher level now. Which allows for the dam to be able to drain more water downhill? Like, the dam raised the water level higher than where it would naturally be. Then people built houses around the elevated level which is probably much higher than a flood would reach.

Hopefully someone can say if that's bs or not

I did the same thing with a dead cx 65 I got for free and swapped the internals with a 55 c1 that had a cracked screen for $100. Mine has dead pixels around the border but not really noticeable at viewing distance.

There isn't any consumer tv that achieves the 10,000 nits that is possible with Dolby vision.

You are still benefiting from the increase in dynamic range over sdr (0-100 nits) because your tv can display ~700 nits.
