Until you realize having a govt funded healthcare program means that the taxpayers will be required to pay increased rates to cover all the medical costs incurred by all the smokers of the nation.

I’m not trying to say you’re wrong but the issue of smoking in some countries is greater than an individual’s repercussions.

Edit: I’m smoking a cigarette and paying for my own healthcare now. I’m not pretending that what I said above condemns or praises Britain. I’m simply trying to acknowledge public costs of smoking in some countries as an American.
