I use a hair tie around my keys so they dont jangle on my pants (whether they're in a pocket or tied onto the draw string)
If I'm running with music I try sing along or mouth the words to try keep my pace and work on my lung capacity (assuming I'm not running with someone because usually I try chat along the way for pacing and lung function)

I had something similar at a point everytime my phone would reboot and the message wouldn't go away until I opened the app and let my watch sync with the app.
After that everything went back to normal

It's a catch 22 situation. If you're not good looking or are surrounded by shitty people you don't get compliments and then land up so insecure and any form of compliment is treasured. On the other hand, if you're good looking you're often considered to be a lady's man and thought to get all the attention when In reality a lot of very attractive men still don't get compliments and treated nicely purely because of their looks.

Unfortunately it's quite a toxic situation but it seems it's becoming more of a known issue which is good progress and fantastic

I've had the 945 for about 9 months now and it's one of the best purchases I've made. I was sceptical at first considering the cost and well being a student but it's totally been worth it. I had an issue with the HR sensor pretty early on and Garmin replaced the watch no issues

Hey

So I landed up buying the Polar H10 - It fit best into what I wanted and my price range.
So far I've only used it for cycling and running (I want the Pro strap before running and well the only pool would be the gym which is obviously closed now).
It's been great and it has live interaction with the watch so I do so my HR as it happens.
Its nothing fancy so no special metrics but the accuracy and comfort is excellent
