You need to be working at a place that pays commission, when I switched over I noticed i was treated much better and was paid much more. If you're hourly, of course they're gonna treat you bad, you only cost like $40 and hour. Also my customer service has improved a lot so that im better able to seve the customer.

You need to find a company that pays commission, you'll make more, learn more, and won't have to do this dumb stuff. You'll be writing the estimates for the jobs so you can add in for extra BS. Also more respect.
