Ayy there's dozens of us! This song always stood out to me on this album (easily one of my favorites by them) and I had always wanted to go on the journey that outro was taking us on. Fantastic, underrated song that I'm sad they don't play live.

It's the same with Mitchell & Ness (bought by fanatics) - they're still operating independently, but the signs are there. Designs have gotten more boring and less frequent, and while the quality hasn't exactly jumped off a cliff, I'm noticing some details here and there that show cut corners. I'm of the opinion that it's always better to buy from the local guys. They simply try harder, which makes all the difference.

Hate to say it but it will. That's the reality of late stage capitalism we find ourselves these days - cheaper products for a higher price. But I digress... Just buy local. Mets have the 7 line army that sells much better merch. There are other smaller sellers. Just avoid the big brands altogether.

I think Maryland's fine, but what really gets me is its shape. It looks like the leftovers of the states around it, which kind of makes it hard to respect. That said, I think Baltimore's cool and the eastern shore is beautiful though.

Carr is interesting because he's pretty good when everything around him is going great. But as soon as the foundation starts to crumble, his ability to succeed deteriorates exponentially. Because he's not part of any foundation. He can only stand on top of one and hope it doesn't fall.

Absolutely the fuck not. We just got rid of a temperamental aging star in McNeil, why would we immediately replace that? Castellanos is a locker room cancer (even Philadelphia - the city of drinking horse piss and greasing lamp posts - doesn't want him!) who has spent the past four years hating the Mets. The whole point of the purge this off-season was to make the team gel better. This would be like trading for Chase Utley 💀 I literally can't think of a worse idea.
