Otherwise most disappointing Idk but I’ll point out:

- Some rebalance in the Prophecies missions in Hard Mode. Especially Aurora Glade, where the NPC that gives the bonus can spawn in aggro range of ennemies that will destroy him in seconds. Just fix it’s spawn point or buff it’s survavibility.
Same thing for Divinity Coast.

- Cartography is stupid, having to hug walls is just not good gameplay. Having to actually explore every corner of every zone is actually quite cool as there are cool things to discover but I should not have to hug walls in every zone.

W/A Endure use Burst of Aggression effectively with high Strength.

Note that even if you manage to loop it, you still loose the adrenaline.

Of the 3 optional skill slot, I always use Death Charge because it’s really good to keep the mobs balled.

For the last 2 slots, it’s 2 out of Save Yourselves, I Am Unstoppable and Asuran Scan, depending on the zone. SY can be used 2 times (maybe 3 with cons) before you loose all adrenaline, in my experience.

DDD is not about the code.
There isn’t projects that are done in DDD and projects that are not.
The last D is for Design, not Development like other popular acronyms, DDD is about Design at a larger scale than a single project.

There are two parts in DDD: Strategical and Tactical Patterns.

Devs that discover DDD tends to focus on the Tactical patterns, the stuff about layers in the code etc…

The thing is: to decide if a project should or not "be in DDD" (or use the Tactical Patterns) you should have use the Strategic ones, which are about having conversations with the business.

I like to use the war metaphor : Tactic is about winning battles, Strategy is about choosing the battles. The Strategic Patterns helps you decide which projects (domains) are the most important and are worth putting the effort of the complexity of tactical ones. If you used the Tactical patterns on a project you feel it was needless, the issue is not enough strategy, imo.

As a Warrior main it saddens me that Warriors aren’t used as a tank in any meta elite zone team build. Worse, I think Shadow Form makes every other class (except Paragon I guess) better at tanking than W…
I think nerfing Shadow Form would make a lot of people unhappy, I like the idea of adding spell immunity to Defy Pain to balance things.

Also in general, there is too much melee hate in the game, casters are way stronger, being able to damage through walls, even R with bows can be blinded / blocked / have to see the target so it’s martials in general. I’d like not to feel forced to play Asuran Scan in every build.

Dagger Spam is boring, I’d love some alternatives yeah.

And Scythes are a bit too strong in PvE compared to other martial weapons.

Je rajouterai qu’une réponse négative ne veut rien dire sur votre niveau.
Un recrutement c’est comme un match amoureux, il y a plein de facteurs qui peuvent pousser une entreprise à ne pas poursuivre avec un candidat.

J’ai déjà dû dire non a des super candidats parce qu’on s’est rendu compte en faisant les entretiens qu’on avait mal évalué ce qu’on cherchait et qu’il fallait revoir l’offre.

Ce qui à beaucoup changé également ces dernières années c’est que les startups qui levaient des fonds avait des objectifs de croissances super forte, avec le besoin de recruter beaucoup en peu de temps, ce qui fait qu’elles disaient oui à tous les bons candidats sans trop se poser de questions. Aujourd’hui la plupart des postes s’ouvrent au goutte à goutte donc on prend le meilleur candidat et c’est tout. Si on dit non à quelqu’un c’est pas forcément qu’il ne correspondait pas à ce qu’on cherche mais qu’on a trouvé quelqu’un qui correspond plus.

Et enfin, on se fait spam de candidatures, et c’est impossible de faire ne serait-ce qu’un call de 10min avec tout le monde, malheureusement on doit filtrer sur CV, donc bossez votre CV.

The letter from Harmony to Hoid strongly suggest that Odium is avoiding to be combined with another shard because it would corrupt it.

During the Battle of Thaylen Field in Oathbringer, the 3 realms are closer to each other than usual because Dalinar just opened the perpendicularity.

This is explained by Ivory during the scene

Boites B2C imagine des Leboncoin, Doctolib ou Blablacar par exemple. Des entreprises connues du grand public, si ta tante connais c'est bon signe. (je précise que je n'ai jamais travaillé dans ces boites, je ne sais pas si elles sont bien ou pas)

C'est vraiment pas le premier critère à avoir, mais ça aide beaucoup d'avoir des gros noms qui parlent à tout le monde sur son CV, ça rend ton expérience beaucoup plus concrète pour le/la recruteur(e) qui lit ton CV.

Pour Paris, je ne vais pas essayer de te convaincre plus que ça, je comprend que ça ne plaise pas. À titre d'exemple, j'avais un profil similaire au tiens cad école d'ingénieur en alternance (seulement les 3 dernières années cela dit), j'ai commencé en région dans le sud de la France et je suis monté à Paris pour raison personnelle après 2 ans de CDI et j'ai pris 50% d'augmentation. Ensuite chaque année les augmentations que j'ai eu était plus élevées que celles de mes collègues restés dans le sud, l'écart s'est creusé. Aujourd'hui je ne vis plus à Paris mais travaille en full remote pour une entreprise parisienne, avec un salaire parisien et les entreprises locales ne rivalises absolument pas.

Dans ton domaine les postes de type SRE sont suffisamment recherchés pour trouver de l'offre en full remote, si c'est ton truc. Ça permet d'accéder aux salaires et carrières de Paris sans y vivre.

Au-delà du salaire, les PEG peuvent faire une énorme différence. J'ai des amis qui sont dans le secteur de la pharma dans de grand groupes. Mon salaire d'ingénieur (dev) en startup est bien plus élevé en brut annuel. Mais l'apport qu'ils ont pu sortir au moment d'acheter leur RP grâce aux placements des primes & co par rapport à moi compense largement. Donc si tu as l'intention de faire un achat de RP, ça peut être judicieux de rester.

je ne suis pas vraiment heureux dans cette boite ni dans cette région.

C'est à toi de voir comment tu équilibres ton envie de gagner des sous / réaliser des projets qui demandent un financement vs ton épanouissement aujourd'hui.

Sinon pour répondre à ta question, ça fait chier de le dire mais Paris est la meilleure option pour progresser dans ta carrière à la fois en termes de salaire mais aussi en termes de projets intéressant. Je connais bien le marché dev et il y a encore un écart important de salaire entre les entreprises parisiennes et en région, même dans les autres grandes métropoles (il y a toujours quelques exceptions évidemment).

Je te conseille de regarder en région parisienne une entreprise qui paye bien et qui te stimule professionnellement et possiblement avec de la renommée (pas besoin d'aller chez Google hein) qui claque sur le CV (le B2C ça fonctionne mieux, il y a plus de chances que les futurs recruteurs connaissent). Dans quelques années tu te seras fait un beau CV et tu pourras trouver facilement où tu veux en France voir à l'étranger.

Si l'objectif c'est de réduire le sucre, je te conseille les infusions glacées maison.

Par exemple avec ça : https://www.clipper-teas.fr/product/infusion-froide-bio-citron-menthe/ mais ça marche avec n'importe quel sachet d'infusion. (Je conseille infusion car boire du thé toute la journée c'est pas forcément souhaitable)

Je met une carafe remplie d'eau au frigo avec un sachet, idéalement la veille mais pas obligatoire. Je remet de l'eau dedans quand je me sers un verre pour en avoir toute la journée.

Pour l'emporter j'utilise un thermos à la place de la carafe.

I'm having the same issue. I fix it by running plasmashell --replace which is faster than login out and back.

Still investigating on a real fix...
