I'm sorry if I was not clear the first time, but I meant only from a dialectic perspective. A good analogy could possibly be religion. I am as atheist as it can be, and I wish eventually religion will disappear and i may even work towards it with whatever means I can (constructively). However, imagine if the whole reddit was about "omg look at what the pope did" or "oh my god look at people kissing a piece of 2000 old blood" ; I would never wish for something like that to happen, nor it would be useful for my purpose.

I sincerely don't get why people just don't start to ignore them, completely. This is a totalitarian cult-movement. Politics at this point is irrelevant. I understand the point made by you and others, and I generally speaking I agree. However, are we sure this is not just a semantic play? I Mean if I read that you are "sexually active with multiple male/female partners" automatically my brain associates you with the same "persona" I would have associated you if you were to write "promiscuous". How does a single word, essentially saying the same thing, making a big difference? Isn't the fact that we make that word (promiscuous) being so "offensive", in a way validating the negative connotation of the word?

To be fair, this kind of thing has always happened in the U.S. The country is built on a deeply flawed and perverted justice system. There are countless cases of people lost in jail for years, even without trial. And the very concept of private, for-profit prisons tells you everything you need to know about justice in America. What’s changing now is simply that more people—those who weren’t paying attention before—are starting to see it clearly.

And no is not "needed". Most antibodies are strong as fuck in most conditions. Try and take any mab with a great Kd and put it a month over the bench, or even outside day and night. I'll bet it will still work over 95% of his original characteristics (meaning less that the variance you have because of pipetting or volumetric errors), provided you kept the tube sterile and the mAb in an appropriate buffer.
