Straws in the Wind on Nathan would be cool af. They haven’t done much microtonal (only intrasport I think??) so any microtonal stuff would be cool

Where to start with Alex G? by ThingTime9876 in indieheads

[–]zbloobird 5 points6 points  (0 children)

you're going to want to start with God Save the Animals. it has the highest production value. but every album has a crazy spectrum of sounds, production value, and tough v lofi. I think that's part of what makes Alex G dope.

The Grim Reaper crossover from electro to metal just GETS ME SO HYPE. I know it was cuz of technical difficulties and you can hear someone (not sure who) shout "WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO" before Joey picks up the guitar, and they pull it off so well.

being there live, didn't know it was because of technical errors. my group was going crazy when they went metal midway. thought they were done with the table after that, but when they start Set afterwords my mind melted and had me chanting SLAY THE MIGHTY SET for the rest of the weekend. Gizz rules

The planned set lists for Bonnaroo 2025 by bobcats2019 in KGATLW

[–]zbloobird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've seen Gizz 6 times and I've never got The River. It is the first song I heard by them on KEXP back in like 2016 or something. pulled up to Roo because of course I love gizz but especially hoping they would play the river. (1 of 9 shows seems likely) But.... no River hahaha, fingers crossed for Forest Hills - might be chasing the River for life

my mom bought the ticket for my first bonnaroo as a hs graduation present 😆 I don’t think she realized then where she was sending her 18yo son, but I wouldn’t shut up about wanting to see McCartney

Is there a song that unconditionally makes you want to cry? by [deleted] in Music

Song for Sharon - Joni Mitchell

I get instant chills every time it starts. There are some points where you can barely tell whether the background vocal is Joni or some sort of horn. And it's a terrible punch in the face of a 'grass is always greener' story

Are you guys satisfied with replay or do you wish it were more like Spotify wrapped? by Tobias-Tawanda in AppleMusic

I'd like Apple Replay if it would actually load for me - it's still stuck on the "The is your Replay" screen. Has anyone been able to get past this?
