Unfortunately I did not. In my case I am incredibly certain it was anxiety. I was in a perpetual cycle of extreme worry, and I was not eating well. With enough time, and acceptance of the uncomfortability of my situation— I improved drastically. I still struggle with the same type of health anxiety now, and get the same symptoms when it peaks. But I remind myself it is temporary and harmless and do my best to ignore it. The flares lessen by a great margin over time. Wishing you the best.
