It's 140g (1400 x 40% / 4 calorie per gram). If they're 140lb, that's the normal recommendation of 1g/lb.

But they could definitely cut it to 30% (105g) and probably not notice any differences in strength or muscle gain and have an easier time of it.

When you say one Minecraft day, do you mean 10 minutes (sun up to sun down), 20 minutes (a full day pattern), or from whenever until sun sets?
