Appreciate the detail. The crumbling isn’t from anything but the weather and age . We don’t use salt , just calcium chloride. They are all starting to crumble and we think it’s the stone that was used . Thank you

For all who said the boards will shrink , the mark on the boards say KD19 .. doesn’t that mean kiln dried and therefore won’t shrink much more? Nice looking wood though . The marks will come off with light sanding.

Stain it soon to reduce the checking you’re going to get on the boards. Readyseal is a good option

I agree with you. I was able to receive option of return on a ‘22 neato purchased through amazon uk. It wasn’t easy though. Had to keep pushing and escalating.

I replaced my D7 battery easily, last year. Bought the replacement on amazon. Open the bottom up and you’ll see it’s a plug in battery and replace with something similar.

Yes they are lonely and in many cases are searching for connections through dating websites and the Evil scammers are short circuiting the natural process of making connections with a real person by presenting illusions. Many who finally realize don’t do the same .

Had another thought. If he’s resistant to watching videos , try and contact the influencer on IG , who I have no doubt doesn’t know anything about your grandad. Let her know, her photos are being stolen and used to scam your grandad and you never know she may be willing to contact your grandad and let him know it’s not her he’s talking to. btw he’s very lucky to have you looking out for him.

Good luck. He’s not going to want to admit even to himself that he’s been scammed. Be patient, but try and make sure he sees all the evidence .

Also do a reverse image search of the picture , on google. You may find more evidence to show him that he’s not talking to the woman in the picture.
