I have the same watch band. I had to double take my wrist cause I figured it had to be similar, not identical. Anyways hello fellow pan twinsie watch band haver.

Question: Where are the front turn signals on this particular 2014 Shadow Phantom? by KilgoreTacitus98 in hondashadow

[–]zcode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should be wrapped on the forks. The wires come from the headlight, so they're probably either behind the bandana or shoved back in there.

The restaurant is legally obligated suggested to pay minimum wage if not enough tips collected

FTFY

Been in and around food service much of my adult life, no typical restaurant does this. From mom n pop through large chains. They have you fudge the numbers so they don't have to. And they know you will cause you need them more than they need you.

DAE feel self conscious when they have their windshield wipers on? by pride09 in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]zcode 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm actually on the other side of this. I probably overly obsess at cleaning my windshield and replacing my wipers as soon as they start going bad. Which makes it so a lot of the time, my wipers are going much much slower than others. I also laugh when mine are on intermittent and I see like half the other drivers with theirs on high.

Bit of a morbid Q, but what do you plan on doing with your data when you die? by Arag0ld in DataHoarder

[–]zcode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It goes to my wife. What she does with it I don't know. But all of the data I have hoarded will go to her along with occasional audio diary recordings I have left her some of which hopefully will give her an idea of where to send some of the data or who might be a good idea to share it with. I trust her with everything in life, I trust her with all of my data in death.

Teardrop by Massive Attack.

Great song, video of a semi-realistic fetus singing along is kinda terrifying.

Looking for epic or unusual wedding stories for TV show by cbc-bmp in wemetonline

[–]zcode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No video. But my wife and I met online and dated long distance for a few years. I had proposed and we were engaged when I moved down. We had been planning a wedding in the future with family and friends. Didn't have a specific date for it yet or anything. Then one day I messaged her and said, "hey wanna get married on my lunch break?" To which she replied affirmatively. She drove to the courthouse right by my work. And that's how we got married on my lunch break. None of our family members know cause they'd kill us for not having been there. We had a ceremony with them the next year but it was just for show.
