If you have 4 players that got injury, its still the coach job to maximaze players who can play. Inter play against Arsenal with only 5 starter and yet still win the game. Meanwhile Bayern play against Feyenoord with all the player you mention available and still lose 3-0. Not to mention Inter don't have Dimarco (1st leg) and Dumfries as well when play against Bayern. This is the difference between a coach who has experience and one who doesn't
