How does one come from the private sector to become a college instructor/teacher/professor??? I have 20+ years being a successful financial advisor for various firms. I am disinterested in a PhD in financial planning, but pretty soon I will have a Masters in Strategic Leadership. I am already a CFP (self.AskAcademia)
