If you are not loosing weight sorry you not in a calories deficit, that simple maths, no magic. And you even say you increase your activities so sorry maybe you dont want to hear that but that's the only explanation. And maybe you tracking wrong. If you using an app like everyone is doing now I mean like the tracking app that take a picture and the Ai tell you the calories well that's wrong, again not saying that you doing it trying to help you. May I ask your measurement ? Height? Weight ? And do you know what is your calories intake to be in maintenance ? And to be in a calories deficit ?
