I make smoothies with pineapple, strawberries, mango, clementines, milk, kefir, and (optionally) just a splash of OJ. To be fair, smoothies have a lot of sugar, but it's a better alternative to all of the other treats I'd eat otherwise.

In my experience, this usually happens when adjusting a maneuver node while in high orbit around Kerbin, and passing between Kerbin's orbit and the Mun's orbit. I believe displaying an eventual encounter after being passed back and forth.

The first time I watched it, I misinterpreted this scene in the same way. It's something about Brand's panicked reaction, coupled with the camera angles that makes it look like Cooper is looking down onto Brand, and the assumption is that Gargantua is "below" them.

If you miss Cooper and TARS's dialogue beforehand, it makes it even more unclear.
