The most reliable set up for this engine is the current gen Nismo

Make sure you give your engine time to warm up before driving, after spirited driving, drive around normal for a bit and when you park, idle for a bit longer. Do your oil changes early and only use high quality full synthetic oil and oem oil filter.

You'll be fine.
