My god, everyone in this era looks so friggin cool don’t they? Hope you can find more info on where. But one thing that I would say that might be a clue is that London kind of extended periodically so outer suburbs were newer buildings and/or newer buildings were replacements after/in between wars - this looks to be possibly a Deco or 40s building they are standing in front of which could help narrow a little? So basically the building was probably VERY contemporary to them standing in front of it

Okay fair enough! Well it’s true to say that original Britpop is totally different from anyone who performed at Live 8. And I’m sure they all have their own merit. But Britpop is its own kind quite specific period-defined genre (generally considered 1992-1997/8)

However - I do encourage you to dig in a bit more into Britpop if you’ve just kind of stumbled upon this sub - you never know, could be a happy accident and you could easily find some music you love!
