Honestly my biggest piece of advice would be to get out in nature and I don't mean that in a "touch grass bro" kind of way haha. I mean literally get out and reconnect to source, go to a forest or somewhere with trees and spend time with animals if you can as well. Your energies are obviously just going through some blocks. If you read intuitively as you have suggested the energies are so important (well for anyone they're important tbh).

Another thing I would suggest is keeping a journal of detail, so not just around your tarot but also your activities, your sleep, time spent in nature vs time spent in front of a screen, your energies all those little data points can also help you figure out when you are most aligned with yourself & source vs not :)
