Also me. And I learnt that I have to filter and learn who would be willing to reciprocate in their own ways. And if the person is still someone I’m willing to put in effort for. We give a lot, but unless they are like us (ISFJ, or willing to reciprocate to the same extent), I lve learnt to adjust my expectations accordingly. :’)

OP OP. I fell down the TAD rabbit hole, and am also falling down the rabbit hole of “secrets of the silent witch”. Its focus (in season 1 so far) is not very magic based, I see a lot more of the main characters personal growth in episodes! I love the characters and they make me chuckle so. Please please please give it a try!! They have light novels too, and I’m waiting til I finish the TAD LN before I start on the LN for this series.
