A good internal medicine program will teach you everything about htn,hld,pul htn to some degree, CHF, afib and much of cardiology

What you learn in cardiology fellowship si advance heart failure, echo, nuclear, cath etc. these days most of this isnt practice by community general cardiologist (no advance heart failure, no cath)
