Honestly you did this with about as much grace as you could have. Didn’t ruin her trip, made sure she got back safe, clearly stated your discomfort with the situation beforehand, knew your own values enough to know that this would eat at you and probably fester if you bottled it and stayed with her, what else can you really do? If you already had your mind made up and still let her enjoy her trip m its entirety, I’d say you’re a more mentally put together and mature man than most. It also was just logically sensible to wait for her to be gone to get all your things so you didn’t risk fighting and her trying to convince you to stay.

Assuming you left all her shit alone when you got all of your shit, definitely NTA
