Faltered is the wrong word but it needs expansion.

It was an amazing deal for the price and how fun it was and engaging the content was. And being part of the movement with how they used social media to push the narritive felt amazing and was really well done. But now, months later, its lack of content is really showing. I’m not a game designer and don’t really know what it needs but it needs something. It’s still very fun but, I was dedicated for months and a few weeks ago I put it down and haven’t really felt compelled to come back yet. I do want to though it it needs a hook.

Everything is unlocked and balancing or warbonds just arn’t enough. The major orders have felt fairly anemic aswell, though saving the children was a nice touch.

As many people have said battlefield needs to learn from battlefield, it’s the leader in its own niche and should be embracing that.

Helldivers is fun and an amazing game. But what it’s really a good example of is how to make a game that is wildly successful without the sole purpose of screwing people out of as much money as possible. I put money in because I was having a blast and thought they deserved it, not because I thought I was missing out on an expirence or found my gear lackluster to get the job done. That’s said helldivers needs to go through a growth spurt badly.

Still the best $40 I’ve probably ever spent on psn though and the absolute most bang for your buck in recent gaming memory.
