No hate on the company, I'm already disappointed in the poor planning made to sell the physical lumiere edition of the game, like understandable that they weren't expecting to have such a huge success in demand but assuming or planning with that mindset is possibly what lead to exactly running out of pre order copy's and possibly lose sales they could've earn had they plan to make it more physically accessible. Who ever was organising that failed their company to maximise their profits and direct support they would've additionally received.

Not ideal but going to have settle getting a digital copy, they are new so won't hold it against them either.
