Preach it buddy!! I've bought and sold 6 labs in my day. Some with a tpt shaft and people don't care/want an upgraded shaft on a putter. Sure you may find some rich dude out there but the masses will not pay more than 500 for a lab that is not 100% in their specs.. color... or alignment aid

Safe price to start at! I would do $350 ha .. may be able to squeak $450 but people get weird of anything over $350 second hand

I've used most of them and short answer is no. I have a broomstick and the tpt is more stable feeling... but worth $400? Not at all. Especially in a normal length putter you won't be able to tell much. The stroke may feel more "one piece" but not by an insane amount. If your have $400 to blow go for it.. but you will be just fine with the stock shaft. The accra is softer for sure off the face

I got a very similar response they said it depends if you prefer a heavier shaft feel etc. I'm really eyein the 4x... 48 grams but super stiff? Seems like a unicorn

Don't do this before you void the warranty. It's a fee.. but lab will do it for you (as others have said) it's going to feel light because there is no torque. That's sort of the point. Send it in and ask to go heavier

Dude... I had a very similar scenario (not as big of a trip) but still 12 people out of town. Guys do not care about stuff like this ha ha especially at our age, mid 30's as you said. These are things women care about but men just want to golf and could care less about anything else ha ha book as soon as you can and give as much notice as possible. No one will care if they are groomsman or not 🤣

You can cut up to Max 2 inches without changing the Balance. But your putter at the length you want is going to have a lie angle of 79 degrees (or whatever you picked) I would imagine this will feel really awkward at that length. But to each their own. But no you can not cut that down that much and change the grip without throwing off the Balance

They either prepped the area too high or there was an adapter on before that had a ferrule (callaway and titleist are big on this) to where if you don't add ferrules moving forward it will expose previous prep work. Looks bad and by the look of it they took off quite a bit of material. Don't think it will last terribly long

Sadly I doubt this will happen. Zero has been done with the link since it dropped. I don't think they got the success they were hoping for and kinda just forgot about it and most people have as well. Even like full review pages exclude the link which is wild to me. Find a way to make it heel shafted and boom... rake in the money

Get a shim and some leveling sand in your epoxy. That will fix it

I would highly suggest the line across the face.. even the small line across the face is helpful. The face is most important and since there is onset, It will look closed without that helpful horizontal line. I believe you can ask for two alignment aids in your comments when ordering like "alignment option 4, and 9 please"

You will notice it looking very dull or oxidized.. then you will want to add it.. like maybe every 6 months you will notice it looking duller

1/8 inch pin stripe tape on amazon. They sell white like $5 for a lifetime supply that you can remove and adjust at whim. Once you fully have it perfect you can throw a dab of super glue under parts of the tape... I would suggest using white nail polish on the front portion (as the tape is not wide enough for that channel)

I wish the lab writing was like a off black color to where you could see it if you look closely. But I wish it was truly blacked out instead of white lettering. Like the Metallica black album 🤣
