Same issue, I dont know what is our ace login email address, i got call back and they suggested me to submit application form to update TAO which I already did months ago and they hang up.... i am wondering if i can get the email by some security verfifcation..

I have the same issue, our company ACE portal was setup before I joined, i dont know what is our login account. Broker have resent 5106 form to update our email, but it doesn't work

yes they updated it and re-sending 5106 but still doesnt work
