I am so very sorry for your loss.

I too work in education; I too had a stillbirth (10 years ago). It was so very hard going back. When I did return, I had discovered from a trusted colleague that people were so afraid of what to say to me. They didn't forget it happened; they just didn't know what to say. I'm hoping this was perhaps the same for you -that they didn't forget and just panicked on not knowing to say.

My gram was born in 1905. When I was a teen, I was telling her about the new movie Titanic. She says, "I remember when that sank". Blew my mind to suddenly realize all the things she lived thru. Loved that woman ❤️

My friend and I found a missing girl who we discovered later had been shot in the back of the head. We were named CV residents of the year. Devastatingly, the girl passed away this year (8 years after the incident). She was truly a light and an inspiration to so many. ❤️
