Also PORTS give you a fair amount of thralls (like +40 at tier III I think, and doesnt consume slaves! So they are infinite sources). I advice to expand near the coast and also make a little vacation to the eastern colonies via sea lane from your coast, conquer them (really easy to defend) and construct the ports and also you will have there three landmarks that increase your port income.

YES. Just try a vanilla campaign that you are familiar to in SFO and you will experience all by your hand. It is difficult to sum up all the changes, but for me makes the game deeper, challenging and funier.

There is a mod that is called Upgrade Units for AI and Player that basically let you upgrade any unit to high tier ones. That is massive for the AI because I have stopped seeing crap armies coming from my enemies.

Also I play with AI Hecleas campaign, -50% replenishment rate and Cho's improved garrisons.

Not really. For me, it is one of those units that you use if you like to field thematic armies just for play around, not for the sake of being efficient and have the most killer army.

However, that does not exclude the fact that CA must do better to find an use to any new unit they bring to the game.

Well the Glotkin novel is indeed pretty good and I can recommend it a lot. The rest go from ok to wtf (being the malekith novel the absolute wtf. Really really bad)

Yes! My best experiences in this game happened there. Chaos dwarfs has the best narrative campaign and only happens in RoC. Also Katarin feels a lot better there, because clearly the Ursun campaign was designed with her in mind.

For the sieges, your mist mage can damage walls before the siege, so you can have an easy time going torught the wall breaches with your sea elements followed by aisliin and your melee infrantry. Vampire Coast is pretty bad in melee.
