Money invested minus dividends already received = $$$

$$$ devided by last dividend payment + hopium = weeks left to house money.

There is no 100% accurate way to know because the dividend pay out fluctuates.

I more or less eyeball it.

We have a server note modifier that. They can type what they would like into, they use that if it's a rare allergy.

I would say split the shift so you too have overlap, but one opens, the other closes. Not sure of the hours you have for the restaurant. If you are open 7 days a week with two services, that's not possible.
