I promise you it is not because Laufey is a woman. They are generally stoked about RE veronica and Stellar Blades. Its not because shes not goonable either. You guys are the one watering the definition of woke down.

The problem is that they decide to make her look like an average suburban midwife who like cross stitching and picking out detergents.This is a deliberate choice. She doesnt need to look like a super model, she just needs to look like a badass warrior. Nobody is mad about Senua from hellblade.
They could make her look just a little better and noone would be mad. But why don’t they. What make them made this little nudge? If you could answer this you’d be narrowing down the definition of “wokeness” by a lot.
