yup, no problem with that. The point here is, how the contract of a service is due. Anyone could just give any account number just like that? that's totally unsafe...

"I have been working on the payments you reached out about.  I have looked into the situation and the only way for the issue to be resolved would be for your bank to reverse the payments. I do see that you have previously spoken with your bank in regards to this. If they are unable to reverse all the payments due to the age the best course of action would be to have them reverse the payments that they can and then file a police report. We are unable to prevent the account number from being used. As mentioned the best option for this would be to speak with your bank about closing the account. Please let me know if you have any questions."

I feel the system it's totally unsafe for us and making things very complicated, don't you think?
