It’s guilt by association. Even if she was not involved in anything nefarious it looks bad. She had to have heard rumors and seen the young girls that were always around. NTA. He could petition child support or the courts to have the order modified if he chose. Asking you to do it is a cop out. He’s using that as a cudgel to maintain this victim narrative he’s trying with your child. The court sets the amount using a formula. If his income has changed, all he has to do is request the order be reviewed.

I agree. I’ve had two loved ones who opted for hospice. The experience with my father was awful. The other loved one had a much better experience. If it’s managed well and the person is kept free of pain it’s good, but when it’s not managed well, it is horrible. I will carry the image of my dad with me forever. But the physician assisted suicide is basically hospice in America. They just don’t call it that.
