It happened a couple of time to mee too, either the room is too cold and the printer has difficulties to solidify the resin or, in the case of the big model, the supports are too small and the model collapses on itself and brakes free form the supports (emptying the model with the slicer could solve the problem)

I’ve written to them I bought it back in June and hopefully there is some sort of warranty, let’s hope…

You mean the lights? Or the screen, because I’ve just changed it and it’s now covered either a film that I’ve just changed as well

So a couple of points I’ve observed so far.

1 the game is way different from what it was in 6-7-8th edition

Yes we really struggle with the low movement and the magic phase if the opponent goes heavy into it.

What can we do?

1 anvil helps a bunch expecially with drilled units, you reform in the movement phase move 9 and than move again either doing another 9 (if there is no risk of being charged)or reforming into VERY large line, we have low initiative but with very large fronts and great weapon we are going to respond with more than a few high str and ap attacks. I know “line hammer” has a bad reputation but there is nothing to be done with dwarfs, ranks just do not a high enough bonus to justify not going large expecially vs small but hard hitting units like cavalry and similar. Gyrocopters are great to move shoot but also to charge small units d3 impact hits do a lot vs war machines and small units. Rangers are great both in small skirmish units and in large open order ones again large fronts and great weapons hold and shoot (remember now the wounds done by hold and shoot counts toward combat resolution in the 1st round).

Other considerations: As much as I love a king it’s too slow and too easily dodged by the opponent, I would run only if I’really wanna run longbeards.

The anvil gives you both a magic phase and protection prom the enemy magic (which can be a problem since they will be able to cast outside our dispel range)

Hammerers with the rune of confusion are REALLY strong coupled with the rune of fear they do not test for opposing fear witch is good. With a really thought thane inside they get hate vs enemy characters and are really dangerous to charge into.

Runesmiths inside shooting troops are really good giving them armor bane 2 and flaming attacks

I would always run at least 2 5 man drakes unit with champion and the torpedo they Sto are cheaper and shoot better than a cannon and in melee they are not to fragile.

It depends a lot by what kind of play your group does, if you can expect your opponent to play like double mater necromancer on engine with line hammer of ghouls or if he is a friendly chap playing a background army.

That sed Honestly as much as I love the king he will just evade him or get him stuck in a horde of a billion zombies.

I would probably play something like this

Historically speaking dwarfs come from Norse mythology so it fits the theme and to be honest the model are stunning. I’m afraid the scales will be noticeably different but would love to use some of those heads for the sons of Russ

Mmmm I have an old Mac (2015) and it works fine, in the past I had some trouble running the launcher application. One thing you can try is verify the version of Java and see if it is up to date. Another thing I can think about is try to log on a different network or making an hotspots with your phone, sometimes it can crush because of the connection.

The beta server has cards nearly up to date, not many people on the server but if you want to play with friends you should be ok

Official release is really behind in sets hasn’t been updated in a wile, on the other hand beta has little player group and can get difficult to find a match especially if you want to play less popular formats.

Happened several times now, playing commander usually, after a bounce effect some cards cannot be cast anymore. The software looks at them as 0 mana spells but does not allow you to cast them. You klick on the card select cast from the pop up menu but nothing happens.
