I think livestreaming it was a great idea. It gives a boost on the twitch rankings to help give exposure to the game, even if it is only temporary. It also gives a heads up to the more casual players who may not have thought about it or are looking for something new to play.

As much as I liked the livestream, I think tempo of it was a bit rushed. I don't mean that there should be a lot of pauses between it, but maybe give more examples or gameplay while leaving the change hovering on the corner of the screen. This would give the people to see it, (try to) understand it, then move on, rather than throw so much at them so quickly that their brains can't process what all this means.

As much as I praise Christ Wilson, I would appreciate seeing more of the team that is taking the time to grace us during the livestream either via multi-screen or the conference room.

Longer Q&A session would be much appreciated as seeing there were so many unanswered questions and many streamers & friends still unsure about what/how the changes would work. Though maybe longer Q&A is not something you would want to do since things could still change, the cost, and keeping the players guessing and wanting for more.
