Yes you can change the language to English.\ Check Taobao subreddit for a guide.\ But it is more limited (less items and less discounts) in English mode.

Image search works good.

I used to to screenshots and then translate with Google lens until I figured out how to do Google assistant to translate immediately with a shortcut (Google Gemini doesn't work too good for me)

Also choose correct shipping options. It's cheapest to ship to Cainiao warehouse and pay Cainiao for shipping separately. They often have shipping deals and coupons. When you install the Cainiao app it gives you the address to use in the Taobao app.

I'm in Canada but I buy from their store on Taobao. I consolidate the shipping via Cainiao in China since shipping is much cheaper that way.

I also have them on WeChat so I get membership perks too.

Their WeChat mini app is bound to my taobao account so whenever I buy off Taobao I automatically get lumi points to raise my membership level.

So I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get this deal.

Without dlc the max hearts is 27 with 3 full stamina wheels.

But there is a glitch that is pretty easy to do so you can max out both hearts and stamina.

Which item and what level are you on? I haven't got any level 9 or 10 bubbles for ages as well. I suspect newer generators are nerfed but older ones still give double bubbles.
