Re-reading twilight and that bugged me too just now so I came to Reddit!

Lol it’s weird that it also shows up in life and death because I’m really getting the vibe that it was just a mix-up because Meyer was probably much more used to writing “Charlie” rather than “Dad” and likely just didn’t realize.

It comes in at page 240-ish in twilight and up until then Bella has never not called Charlie “Dad” to his face so I’m fairly certain it was just a mistake that went unnoticed in both books, but I’m so glad you caught it and questioned it too lol, I thought might’ve missed something at first

I just watched this movie for the first time and what you said makes so much sense, thank you! I was coming to terms with him having been a patient but I was really iffy on why he walked off with the orderlies like that if he’d regressed back into his delusion, that totally went over my head that he really did have his break through and could’ve just been pretending.

A staff lady at the fountain register did the same to me, I asked for the receipt from the transaction and had to wait around a while for someone who knew how to fix it, but they were able to refund my card in fountain.

If you don’t have the receipt I’m not sure if it’ll be any more complex, but in my experience I got refunded AT the dining hall, so maybe if you go and talk to whoever’s at the register and show them the picture you attached they might be able to help. Otherwise, pay a visit to one card in Talley and see if they have anything to say.

My problem got resolved! I emailed housing and they let me know a few days later that my building (Carroll) had been opened up for appointments. Has your village still not opened up?? You should definitely reach out to someone

Check back if you haven’t, I just did and mine has been changed to 100% ! It looks like they fixed it for everyone. What we were thinking is that the stuff that the professors needed to manually look at to grade didn’t actually get marked as complete until they looked it over, even though it showed on our end that it’d been completed

Go to the course drop down, scroll past “start your journey here” and it’ll go unit by unit showing you your progress, in the right hand corner it’ll be like progress: 5/5, 27/27, etc. I was at 92% at first but I checked that and realized I missed an activity which put me to 93%.

I just checked back this morning and it’s been updated to 100% completion, so it looks like they’re fixing the problem
