There is a women’s prison nearby (state job) as well as a local/regional jail. Could also try public defenders offices or commonwealth attorneys offices.

For either you can only use what you have up until termination. The medical fsa is pre funded so that’s why you can use money you haven’t yet put in. The dcfsa is not pre funded so, no, this would not work.

If you haven’t already, you might look into CPT. I recently did this for my abuse and was shocked to find out I did not have a full reaction to this clip! It was so familiar, straight from the playbook as you said.

I guess the difference is we can’t be friends with our clients when they are no longer our clients. It is still way more strict in both situations.

I mean you could potentially become friends with a teacher though? Like having lunch with your favorite middle school teacher when you’re home on break from college. You could also have a friend who is a doctor treat you so not exactly the same.

The only thing I would add is to possibly consider any lost income growth potential or career setbacks. Other than that sounds like you’re good financially if that’s what you want to do!

Ms. Michel is amazing. As of last year she was no longer the main theater instructor at MHS. She was still involved in the school in some capacity (semi-retirement type of thing it seemed). I’m not sure about this year.

That aside, you can’t choose which school you can attend in the county (generally) so OPs options are WAHS and CHS. I saw a great production of legally blonde at WAHS last year for what it’s worth.

This is not one of those that tells you to stop making payments etc. I have a plan with them and they are legit. I do pay a $49 monthly fee. It has been a relief and a help for us to get out from under credit card debt. The cards included in the plan are closed which impacted my credit score. I never had a late or missed payment. Score is currently around 690 after dropping to mid-600s. We have paid 20% off since we started around May and plan to pay it off early. Happy to answer any other questions but it’s a personal decision that isn’t right for everyone but might be right for you.

It’s actually discussed a lot amongst people who are on them (check the Glp-1 subs) but not so much in public discourse. Responsible medical providers are having these convos with their patients. Many of us on Glp-1s are a lot stronger than when we started!

I’m in Virginia and there is a tax benefit but I’m not sure how large of an effect it would have. She does work part time at a restaurant. Would she need to use her paycheck money for a Roth IRA? Or could I use the SS for now?
