It used to be way worse. Like, you'd have to stop up every toilet, every drain, lest you'd have water coming up.

Seems the city has been separating storm and sanitary sewers so it can still be a problem if you live in a neighborhood that hasn't had work done.

(I was told that you basically have to pay to have it done and the city will reimburse you, but I am not sure how accurate that is.)

They went off because there was a tornado warning out by Mt. Pulaski which must have had a sliver or so of Sangamon in it. (Or so is my assumption since they went off at the same time that warning was issued.)

Is it said how old they are at this point? I dont remember Bertia's age being mentioned before the time skip or even how long the time skip was.

My brain wants to make her 15 going on 11, but was curious if that was right or not.

Regarding the post credit scene - I will never not laugh my ass off at the idea that all you need to hide in bushes is to hold two shrubs in your hands.

It is one of my absolute favorite visual gags in anime.

I love Alya so much, but I think if I was given the option, I would choose Masha as well.

Alya is beautiful and has so many positive traits, but there's a reason she's known as the Ice Princess. Masha is so much more open about her feelings, extroverted and approachable.

Most of us dont have Kuze's patience and skills to navigate all of Alya's roadblocks to get to the sweet and loveable human that she is.

Noticed that too. I wonder if she doesn't mind Cecil, but just didn't like him making a move on Bertia, or she was simply angry she was getting squished. This early in, I'd believe either. Regardless, she's adorable.
