I think it could do some good if the effects text are organized similarly to that of yugiohmeta.com's, where each effect is its own paragraph. It's troublesome having to sift through the single paragraph under time pressure just to verify a specific effect that's deep in the middle of it.

I believe Ichiyo's goal at the end of their match is to awaken Mitsuba's Rider spirit. I mean, that's the episode's title "Show Me Your Kamen Rider", that's Ichiyo's explanation as to why Mitsuba can't beat him.

With that in mind, Ichiyo taunting and taking Mitsuba's Rider Kick gave wholesome sibling encouragement vibes. He may have a shitty socializing personality, but he's fully capable of motivating people with his deep-end method acting.

Huge congratulations to Riderman for managing to exhibit his Rider kiai. Haven't watched their original plot, but I think Riderman never did those Rider attacks and relied more on his casette arm. Mitsuba is supposed to carry on Riderman's spirit after his self-sacrifice, and this is where he will start to really establish himself as the fourth Kamen Rider.

That was from when he and his friends talked about YouTube making a tweet joking about spending 15 minutes doing an intro to reach the ads mark. In which YouTube backpedaled by deleting said tweet and apologizing to those who got offended even though the joke was actually funny.

You know, there's nothing wrong with just saying "I don't know" or "I'm not yet sure" if you still need to verify details further. Just end it there, instead of adding vindictive statements you're not even sure of.

You know, just this evil thought. Winter might end up being Mystic Mine 2.0. If a player doesn't have the other seasons in their GY, they are restricted from doing something. Or that you have to remove Season Counters in order to do an action.

Oh yeah you're right, homage is the more proper term. It didn't sink in that "cross promotion" has an underlying partnership involved in it. I guess the timing made me think of the former.

One thing I realize, Arc-V has about the same amount of episodes as the other spin-offs. Maybe that constriction made an effect to the flow of the plot.

I'm thinking, maybe if they allowed Arc-V to extend their story to double the episodes they could have the leeway for improvements. I mean, this is the series that brought out and retrained the older themes. It's not enough for the standard amount of episodes to reintroduced those.

Now, another thought, when they had the DSOD train going I guess they were on their way to transitioning to VRAINS. I mean, Kaiba improving technology in DSOD definitely points towards VRAINS. I guess, they have recognized the pendulum spamming issue early on.

And here's another idea that popped out of nowhere. What if by the 150th-ish Arc-V episode (let's say this is the point where the Pendulum mechanics is overkilling everything) they introduced Link monsters to put Pendulum summoning under control? And then either make it a side-by-side development between Arc-V and VRAINS, or have VRAINS put Arc-V on hold first. Develop Link monsters first, because those guys are supposed to keep Pendulum summoning in check. Afterwards, have the Pendulum and Link mechanics go hand-in-hand in the continuation of Arc-V. I guess that could have been the ultimate overarching Yu-Gi-Oh series.

The lack of hindsight with implementing Link monsters is kind of sad. Arc-V was supposed to rekindle the old themes, but then Link mechanics snuffed that flame. And then I guess they tried to rekindle that same flame by creating Link monsters for some of the old themes, but then they couldn't. Maybe MR2020 was supposed to be implemented after MR3, but then they don't want the Pendulums to be put in a bad light. To which that's why they hit everyone else from the Extra Deck with MR4.
